For churches in Ghana

Know every member, and notice who is missing.

ChurchCore keeps your members, Sunday attendance, giving and welfare in one secure place, shows you who has not been seen in weeks, and reaches people by SMS. Built in Accra for churches in Ghana.

We set your church up with you.

The ChurchCore 'Who has been missing' screen on a phone: three members not seen in four weeks, each with when they were last seen, ready for someone to follow up.

The everyday work of running a church, in one place

Every part works on the phone that is already in your pocket, and on a laptop when you are at the office.

  • Know your members

One record per person, with their department, contact details and history. Your membership stops living in a notebook and several phones.

  • Know who has been missing

Check people in at a service or event, then see who has not been seen in weeks so someone can call them before they drift away.

  • Giving you can account for

Record cash, bank and mobile money giving against the right person and category. Corrections are added as new entries, never quietly overwritten.

  • Welfare handled fairly

A claim is approved by one person and paid by another, and no one can approve or pay their own. The rule is enforced by the system, not just agreed.

  • Reach people by SMS

Send announcements, birthday wishes and giving confirmations by text, and see exactly how many messages you have left.

  • Visitors, children and departments

Follow up first-time visitors, keep children's profiles with their ministry, and let department heads message their own people.

Up and running before your next Sunday

  1. We set your church up with you

Every church starts with a conversation. We create your church, your departments and your first administrator together.

  2. Add your people and invite your team

We help you bring in your existing member list, then you invite pastors, secretaries and treasurers, each with only the access their role needs.

  3. Run your Sunday on ChurchCore

Check people in, record giving and send your announcements. Your records build up week by week.

Security

Your members' information stays your church's.

Members, giving and welfare are sensitive. ChurchCore is built so each church's data is kept apart and every sensitive action leaves a record.

  • Separated by church

The database itself limits every query to your church, so another church cannot see your records.

  • Money records are append-only

A giving entry is corrected by adding a correction, never by changing history. Sensitive actions are recorded in an audit trail.

  • Two-step sign-in

Every account confirms its sign-in with a code sent to the user's phone, not just a password.

  • Support access is limited and logged

Our team can open only a short, time-limited window into your church, and your administrators are told. Seeing giving, welfare or individual member records, or changing anything, waits for your approval. Any emergency access alerts you and is permanently recorded.

Questions churches ask us

What does it cost?
A one-time setup fee and a monthly subscription, depending on the size of your church. The three plans are shown above, in cedis, and every plan has the same features.
How do SMS messages work?
Your church starts with 50 SMS messages when it is set up. After that you top up whenever you need more, and the app always shows how many you have left, so there are no surprise bills.
Who owns our church's data?
Your church does. Inyex Technologies Limited looks after it for you so ChurchCore can work, and uses it for nothing else. Only the staff you invite can see it, with the access their role allows.
What happens if we leave? Can we take our records?
Yes. Ask us and we will give you your church's records in a standard format such as CSV, and then delete them from ChurchCore.
Is it secure?
Each church's data is kept apart in the database, sign-in needs a code sent to the user's phone, giving records cannot be quietly changed, and sensitive actions are recorded. The Security section above explains how support access works.
Does it work with weak internet?
ChurchCore is built to load lightly on a phone, so it works on an ordinary mobile connection. It does need a connection: working fully offline is not available yet.
Which payment methods does it handle?
For giving, you can record cash and bank payments, and take mobile money and card payments through Paystack. Your church's subscription is paid through Paystack's secure checkout, so we never see or store card details.
How do we get support?
Email us at hello@churchcoreapp.com, or request a demo below and we will call you. Every church is set up with our help.
